At 63 years old, I am a frustrated wannabe-writer wanting to make a positive impact in this world. To truly embody my self-appointed title of Cheerful Encourager. I have decided to take this course to develop a new skill, to learn to write and track my thoughts.
I wrestled with the public blog v. personal journal aspect. The anonymity of working off-line, personally, would be safer, easier – rather than putting myself out there, warts and all. I would consider it a success if I could make a difference in just one person’s life by sharing how I got to where I am and what I have learned along the way, that is, to be a Cheerful Encourager.
